Job summary

Ignite in Maitland is recruiting customer service professionals for contract roles. If you adapt quickly and enjoy delivering excellent service, this could be the opportunity for you.

Roles require a 7am–7pm rotating roster and full-time hours. The first 12 weeks are on-site in Maitland, with two additional on-site days after training; on-site assessment on Nov 4 and start on Nov 18.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven experience in high volume contact centre or fast paced customer service.
• Ability to work in a team environment and be highly motivated.
• Non restricted work rights and full-time on-site Maitland availability.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries with accurate, timely information.
• Resolve inquiries in a high-volume environment.

We are currently recruiting customer service superstars for contract based positions in Maitland!

If you can easily adapt to new environments, enjoy providing excellent customer service, and are available for a 7am-7pm rotating roster, then this could be the opportunity for you!

Selection Criteria:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Proven experience in high volume contact centre (or fast paced customer service)
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Highly motivated and driven
• Non restricted work rights
• Available for a 7am-7pm rotating roster, Monday to Friday full time hours
• Must be able to work full time on site at Maitland for the first 12 weeks, with 2 days on site after initial training period
• Must be available to attend an on site assessment centre on 4th of November, with a start date of 18th of November
• Good phone manner
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good team player
• High attention to detail
• Resolve enquiries, providing accurate and timely responses
• Experience in high volume environment
