Qualifications

• Experience with CALD communities especially humanitarian entrants
• Experience in community engagement and cross-sector liaison
• Experience in case work and counselling

Responsibilities

• Respond to Ask PEACE line and complete client's intake
• Provide culturally meaningful case management and counselling for clients affected by gambling, BBV or related issues
• Collaborate with significant others, faith leaders and other service providers to improve health outcomes
• Support clients affected by COVID-19, floods and drought or other disasters
