Job summary

Zone Bowling is seeking a Cafe Manager for the Timezone/Zone Bowling Top Ryde venue. You will lead our F&B team with a passionate and nurturing style, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and championing our values daily.

You will be supported by the Venue Manager and take on responsibilities that bridge frontline leadership with entry into managing a department, including rostering, stock and supplier coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a front-of-house or kitchen team in a cafe or F&B setting.
• Strong knowledge of running a food & beverage operation.
• Proven ability to drive sales and guest experience.
• Hands-on, effective leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead the F&B team at Timezone/Zone Bowling Top Ryde with a passionate, nurturing approach.
• Support the Venue Manager and contribute to guest experience excellence.
• Oversee day-to-day F&B operations and help grow the department.

What is the role?

As the Cafe Manager for our Timezone/Zone Bowling Top Ryde venue, you will lead our F&B team with a passionate & nurturing style! You will be an expert all things food & beverage and champion our values everyday!

You will be supported by & also provide support to the Venue Manager and have a razor‑sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.

This is the perfect role for someone in a Food & Beverage Supervisor/Kitchen Supervisor role, looking for their entry into managing a department!

Who are you?

• You're in a Food & Beverage Supervisor role or similar, looking for the entry into your next career step!
• You must hold a valid WWCC & RSA Certificate or be willing to obtain before commencing employment
• A hands on & effective leader with sound knowledge of running a food and/or beverage operation
• Driven to proactively increase sales and drive better business results by creating and leading a high performing guest service team
• Strong relationship builder to effortlessly create amazing experiences for our corporate & social group bookings
