Job summary

Timezone Busselton is seeking a Venue Manager to lead a busy entertainment venue with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will guide a loyal team, drive operational excellence, and champion our values every day.

You will manage guest bookings, budgets, and daily operations while fostering a positive, high-energy workplace culture that reflects our brand and welcomes corporate and social groups.

Qualifications

• Must be a hands-on and effective manager with experience in running a busy hospitality/retail/entertainment venue.
• Pro-active and innovative leader who can inspire the team to perform.
• Strong relationship builder to create experiences for corporate and social bookings.
• Astute operator with solid skills in financial management of a venue.
• Passionate about guest experience and ensuring everyone leaves smiling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Timezone Busselton venue.
• Inspire and coach the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Manage finances, budgets, and stock for the venue.

As the Venue Manager for our Timezone Busselton venue, you will be the leader of the pack and the captain of FUN! Your strong leadership and business acumen will directly influence the success of this venue & you will champion our values every day!

You will be supported by & also provide support to the dynamic & loyal team and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.

Who are you?

• You must hold a valid WWCC or be willing to obtain
• You must hold a valid First Aid + CPR Certificate or be willing to obtain
