Job summary

Timezone is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager for the Top Ryde Timezone/Zone Bowling venue to help run this multi-faceted venue and inspire the team. You will influence success, champion our values, and support the Venue Manager while ensuring guests have exceptional experiences.

You will lead with energy, foster a culture of fun and service, and focus on financial basics to help the venue grow and perform across all metrics.

Qualifications

• WWCC (or willingness to obtain) is required.
• First Aid & CPR certification is required.
• Experience leading teams in hospitality or entertainment venues.
• Pro-active, innovative leadership that inspires others.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running a multi-faceted venue and lead the team.
• Support the Venue Manager and influence venue success daily.
• Ensure guest experience is second to none and maintain standards.

What is the role?

As the Assistant Venue Manager for our Top Ryde Timezone/Zone Bowling venue, you will help run this multi-faceted venue & be an inspiring leader to our team! You will enjoy having input & influence over the success of this venue & you will champion our values every day!

You will be supported by & also provide support to the Venue Manager and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.

Who are you?

• You must hold a valid WWCC or are willing to obtain
• You must hold a valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
