Job summary

Zone Bowling — Clayton venue is seeking a Cafe Manager to lead our F&B team with energy and care. You will champion guest experience and support the Venue Manager, with a clear path toward departmental leadership.

The role suits someone in a Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar position looking to take the next step into management. RSA and WWCC are required, with hands-on leadership and sales-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Must hold WWCC and RSA Certificate or be willing to obtain before commencing employment.
• Hands-on and effective leader with sound knowledge of running a food and/or beverage operation.
• Driven to proactively increase sales and drive better business results by creating and leading a high performing guest service team.
• Strong relationship builder to create amazing experiences for corporate & social bookings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the F&B team with a passionate and nurturing style.
• Support the Venue Manager and focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Possibly enter into managing a department and oversee rostering and function/event involvement from the kitchen.
• Drive guest satisfaction and sales through strong leadership and team performance.
