Job summary

Bertoni Balmain is seeking a Café Manager to lead and motivate the front-of-house team across busy daily service. You will manage rostering, training, and performance, maintain high customer service standards, and ensure the café runs smoothly while upholding presentation and cleanliness.

You’ll work closely with the owners to improve systems, service and profitability, jump on the floor or POS when required, and bring a positive, energetic hospitality mindset to a strong local team.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Confident and fast using POS systems — Square experience is a big advantage.
• Strong understanding of busy café operations.
• Barista/coffee knowledge highly regarded.
