Job summary

VMCH is seeking casual staff to join the Where Is My Coffee Job Skills Program, supporting participants with disability to develop real workplace skills across our cafes and aged care settings. You will move between Kew, Ashwood, Mulgrave and Nunawading, coaching participants and facilitating on‑the‑job learning.

You will travel to four sites, assist with hospitality tasks and resident service, and help participants gain confidence, communication and workplace routines in a supportive,

Qualifications

• Disability support or coaching experience with patience and respect for learning needs.
• Hospitality or customer service experience and on‑the‑job teaching approach.
• Clear communication and reliable record keeping; travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Coach participants to build confidence, independence, and workplace routines through practical support.
• Assist with welcoming services for residents, visitors and customers at multiple sites.
• Record attendance and participant progress, and follow VMCH safety and quality procedures.
• Support café and site teams in coordinating activities and learning opportunities.
