Ninja Parc in Sydney is seeking a Café Coordinator to oversee day-to-day cafe operations, lead a busy crew and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll coach staff, manage rosters, control costs, and ensure food safety and quality.

This hands-on leadership role rewards initiative and teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You’ll help maintain safety standards and create a positive, inclusive culture for guests and staff.

• Previous experience in a café, food & beverage or hospitality leadership role.

• Experience with rostering, labour control and daily operations.

Are you a hands-on café leader who loves great food, strong teams and delivering memorable customer experiences? Ninja Parc is on the lookout for an experienced Café Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our café and lead our crew to success.

This is a leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys coaching others, and takes pride in running a safe, efficient and profitable café.

About the Role

As Café Coordinator, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Ninja Parc café, ensuring exceptional service, high food safety standards and a positive experience for every guest. You’ll lead, train and develop the café crew while managing costs, stock and performance against targets.
