Ninja Parc, part of Belgravia Health and Leisure Group, invites applications for Café/Kiosk Attendants to deliver first-class service in a vibrant indoor venue. The role supports food safety, POS operations and staff collaboration to ensure a welcoming café experience for all patrons.

Ideal candidates bring barista skills, strong customer service, and the ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Compliance with health checks and certificates is required.

Competenze

• First Aid (Level 2) & CPR is required.
• Current Police Check.
• Working with Children Check.
• Food Handling Certificate.
• RSA certificate.

The Venue

The Role

Reporting to our Function Manager, ourCafé/Kiosk Attendantsneeds to have the highest level of customer service skills.

The primary responsibility of our Café/Kiosk Attendantsis to deliver first class service to ourpatrons ensuring thekiosk operates effectively and efficiently within Heath Department Regulations. Always aligning yourself with ourMission, Vision and Values.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Meet the requirements of the centre’s food safety plan
• Ensure all cleaning and maintenance is carried out according to specified quality standards
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
• Replenished condiments as needed
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
• Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Promotethe centres services and programs to ourpatrons
• Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
• Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods
