IRIS CAFE PTY LTD - t/a Le Bon Coffee House & Bar in Dernancourt, SA seeks an experienced Cook to join the kitchen team. You will prepare breakfast, brunch and lunch, ensure quality ingredients, and maintain high standards of presentation and hygiene.

The role requires 12+ months’ café cooking experience and AQF Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or Certificate IV with experience). Training will cover safety, portion control and staff guidance.

• Minimum 12 months' café cook experience and relevant role in a kitchen.
• AQF Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Certificate IV with experience.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes to recipes.
• Inspect ingredients for quality; manage portions and plating.
• Operate ovens, grills and stovetops; monitor temps for safety.
• Support menu prep, daily specials and food waste minimisation.
• Guide junior kitchen staff and maintain kitchen hygiene.
