Excel Consulting Services – Warranwood VIC is hiring a Cook for a permanent, full-time position at Warranwood General Store Café. The role requires a year of professional cookery experience and a Certificate III in Cookery, with rights to work in Australia.

• Relevant qualifications with at least 1 year of professional working experience as a Cook.
• Holds a trade qualification of Certificate III in Cookery or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect ingredients at the start of each shift to ensure freshness and quality.
• Discard substandard items and log details for reordering.
• Complete daily prep tasks to ensure adequate stock for serving periods.
• Prepare meals for all courses.
• Cook menu items according to recipes and procedures with correct seasonings.
• Set correct cooking times and temperatures, adjust ovens/grills for perfection.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements; substitutions as needed.
• Serve items in standard portions with attractive presentation and garnishes.
• Follow health, safety and food-handling regulations.
