Job summary

Alloway Fruit Market is seeking a friendly, reliable Kitchen All-Rounder to join our busy Farm Market Café team in Bundaberg. You will prepare fresh sandwiches and café foods, bake sweet and savoury goods, keep the kitchen tidy, and assist with seasonal ideas.

Join a supportive team, with weekday availability for 20–30 hours per week, and a willingness to learn and contribute as part of the team.

Qualifications

• Must be available on weekdays for 20-30 hours per week.
• Experience in kitchen, café or bakery preferred.
• Willingness to work, learn and be part of the team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh sandwiches and café foods.
• Make and bake a variety of sweet & savoury goods.
• Handle food prep and keep the kitchen clean and organised.
• Assist with new ideas and seasonal products.
• Jump into the shop to serve and assist customers.

The role includes:

• Food preparation and keeping the kitchen clean and organised
• Helping with new ideas and seasonal products
• Jumping into the shop when required to serve and assist customers
• Working as part of a friendly, hardworking team

Must be available week days along the basis of 20-30hours

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organised, takes pride in their work and has a great attitude. Experience in a kitchen, café or bakery would be great, but most importantly, we want someone who is willing to work, learn and be part of the team.
