Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene and HACCP requirements.
• Strong English literacy both spoken and written.
• 2-3 years’ experience within hospitality, catering or food service environments.
• 2-3 years’ of experience in food preparation, kitchen operations and menu planning skills.
• Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the café and prepare high‑quality meals for residents, visitors and guests.
• Support café functions, create menus and maintain food quality standards.
• Deliver exceptional service and a positive dining experience for customers and residents.
• Lead by example and collaborate with kitchen, hospitality and village teams.
