Qualifications

• Commercial Cookery Certificate (or equivalent) required.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in the food industry with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP and WHS practices.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Passionate about creating high‑quality meals for older Australians.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen staff to prepare nutritious, high-quality meals.
• Ensure meals are prepared and served on time for residents.
