Pearl & Ash Café Bar, a vibrant café operated by The Standard Market Company, serves breakfast and lunch daily from 7:00 am. We are seeking an experienced, passionate Chef to join our busy kitchen and help deliver high-quality, locally sourced dishes in a collaborative team.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking pride in consistency and teamwork, and you will be responsible for running a section while maintaining our high standards of hospitality and food quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef in a busy café, restaurant or similar kitchen.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality food consistently.
• Ability to run a section in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Availability on Sundays is essential.

• Prepare and present high-quality food for breakfast and lunch service.
• Maintain consistency, quality and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Assist in managing kitchen operations and seasonal menus.
