Job summary

Virgin Active Australia is launching a new ÜHealth Café in Sydney. You will be crafting top-quality beverages, engaging customers, and ensuring a welcoming, safe, and efficient service during busy periods.

You should have at least 1 year of coffee experience, be comfortable with a 7-day roster, and enjoy creating refreshing experiences while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Create top-notch coffees and beverages following recipes and standards.

The Gig:

Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be the go-to person for creating top notch coffees and beverages. In a nutshell:

• You'll engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere where they feel valued and cared for.

• You'll bring advanced expertise of specialty coffee, effortlessly managing high volumes with precision. Your latte art is always on point, delivering consistency with every pour and following company recipes and presentation standards

• You'll maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment

• You'll ensure store operations run smoothly, especially during busy periods.

• You're skilled with Point-of-Sale systems, smoothly processing orders and handling cash with ease.

• You'll help manage inventory, monitor product quality, and adhere to safety protocols.

• You'll ensure all stock levels are always met to meet the needs of service.

• You'll upholdÜHealth Cafe's high cleanliness, organization, and quality standards.

• You'll foster a positive and collaborative team environment by supporting and recognising your peers.

• You're comfortable working with a 7-day rotating roster and can work a non-traditional schedule
