Job summary

Toby’s Estate Pty in New South Wales is seeking a friendly Cafe All-Rounder for our Chippendale cafe. If you love coffee and delivering memorable customer experiences, this casual role is for you.

You’ll work with FOH, Kitchen and Barista teams to ensure every cup and plate meets our high standards, take orders, operate the till, and provide Front of House support to our customers. About you:

We are on the look-out for a keen and enthusiastic Cafe All-Rounder standout to join our team at our Chippendale Cafe. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and creating unforgettable dining experiences, then this is the role for you!

This role involves delivering a high level of service and quality, greeting customers, operating the till system, and Front of House support all whilst working alongside a great team to provide an excellent customer experience.

Day to day in this role you will:

• Work alongside our FOH, Kitchen and Barista team to ensure that every cup of coffee and food that leaves our hands is at the same high quality standard.
• Taking orders and operating the till system
• Provide an excellent coffee experience to our Toby’s customers.

This is a casual role, estimated to be working 3 days,15 hours a week.

• Has a genuine love for coffee and the hospitality industry and is eager to share their knowledge and experience.
• Is enthusiastic, friendly, and able to work under pressure in a team environment
• Communicates effectively with fellow staff and customers and maintain focus and work at pace.
• The ability to build strong relationships with both coworkers and our customers.
