Job summary

You will support infrastructure operations, assist with design and environmental assessments, liaise with staff and contractors, and contribute to project cost estimates, schedules, procurement, delivery and reporting.

Qualifications

• Cadet civil engineering program requiring ongoing study.
• Very strong interest in civil infrastructure and learning mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, contractors and the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and technical support across infrastructure operations, maintenance and construction activities.
• Assist with investigations, concept designs and environmental assessments for infrastructure projects.
• Liaise with staff, contractors, consultants and the community on engineering standards and requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates, project schedules and project management documentation.
• Assist with procurement activities and contract administration.
• Support the delivery and monitoring of projects, including expenditure tracking and reporting.
