Eurobodalla Shire Council invites applications for Cadet Civil Engineer roles in Moruya. These fixed-term positions run up to eight years, combining paid on-the-job experience with part-time university study to help you become a qualified professional engineer.

You will support infrastructure operations, assist with concept designs, prepare cost estimates, and collaborate with staff, contractors and the community to deliver meaningful projects for our region.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Engineering in progress or completed, with interest in civil engineering.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment.

Mansioni

• Provide administrative and technical support across infrastructure operations, maintenance and construction activities.
• Assist with investigations, concept designs and environmental assessments for infrastructure projects.
• Liaise with staff, contractors, consultants and the community on engineering standards and requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates, project schedules and project management documentation.
• Assist with procurement activities and contract administration.
• Support the delivery and monitoring of projects, including expenditure tracking and reporting.
