NSW Rural Fire Service (RFS) seeks a skilled professional to optimise the NSW CAD system. You will collaborate with the Operational Communication Centre, Districts, Brigades and partner agencies to ensure accurate dispatch settings and reliable data for emergency responses.

Demonstrated experience with operational data, Vision 5 knowledge and the ability to work across operational and technical teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with operational systems, data and processes in a dynamic service delivery environment.
• Knowledge of Vision 5 highly regarded.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Current Driver Licence and willingness to travel.
• Ability to participate in an after-hours and/or on-call roster.

Responsabilités

• Join a team responsible for the systems that underpin emergency response across NSW.
• In this role, you will work closely with the Operational Communication Centre, Districts, Brigades and partner agencies to optimise the NSW RFS Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system, ensuring critical operational data, dispatch arrangements and response settings remain accurate and effective.
• Through system improvements, stakeholder engagement and problem solving, you will help deliver reliable dispatch capabilities that support the safety of NSW communities.
