Job summary

Rescom Joinery in Helensvale, QLD, is seeking a talented Cabinet Maker to join our workshop on a full-time basis. You will fabricate and install high-quality cabinetry, interpret drawings, and maintain a safe, efficient workspace.

Day and/or afternoon shifts available in a dynamic workshop setting. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in cabinet making or joinery, strong experience with table saws, planers, routers and sanders, and a commitment to craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as Cabinet Maker or Joinery specialist.
• Proficient with timberworking machinery and safe operation.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in workshop.
• Physically fit to perform repetitive tasks and manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, construct, and assemble cabinets and joinery per specifications.
• Operate and maintain woodworking machinery safely.
• Interpret drawings and ensure finishing quality.
• Inspect finished work to meet client expectations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop.
• Contribute to process improvements.
