Job summary

Noarc Australia in Melbourne is seeking a reliable Cabinet Maker or Joinery Tradesperson to join our Reservoir factory and assist with the manufacture and assembly of custom joinery.

You will read shop drawings, operate woodworking machinery, and cut, edge and finish cabinetry components to deliver high-quality finishes on residential and commercial projects. Flexible 2–3 days/week, with full-time hours available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in cabinet making or joinery preferred.
• Able to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble custom cabinetry and joinery.
• Read and interpret shop drawings and plans.
• Operate woodworking machinery and workshop equipment.
• Cut, edge, assemble and finish cabinetry components.
• Maintain high workmanship and attention to detail.
• Keep workshop clean, organised and safe.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
