Job summary

PGL Joinery Pty. Ltd. – Smeaton Grange NSW is seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our factory team. You will cut, assemble and finish a range of joinery units for residential and commercial projects, working alone or with colleagues in a busy production environment.

The role involves high-volume, repetitive production work with a strong emphasis on accuracy and finish. A 4-day work week (Mon–Thu) with a 6:30am start supports work-life balance for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of cabinet-making experience in a joinery workshop environment.
• Proven ability with drawings, measuring, cutting and assembly.
• Strong proficiency with woodworking machinery and tools.

Responsibilities

• Cut, assemble and finish a variety of joinery units in the factory.
• Handle high volume of repetitive production work while maintaining quality.
• Work alone or with the team and follow production plans and targets.
