- Track record of leading strategic transformation projects from concept to implementation.
- Experience conducting advanced research, benchmarking and business analysis.
- Proven ability to develop compelling business cases and recommendations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management to align priorities across functions.
- Understanding of workforce strategy and external factors shaping complex environments.
- Passion for leveraging data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
