Job summary

Camden Valley Meats in New South Wales is seeking a motivated butcher and/or meatpacker to join our fast-paced team. You will assist with meat preparation, processing, and customer service.

The role involves safety, hygiene, stock rotation, and backroom organization. Experience in cutting, trimming, debone, and sausage production is valued; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Meat preparation - cut, trim, debone into primary and secondary cuts
• Product processing - sausages, marinades, delights and pastry goods
• Customer service - cash register, customer enquiries, wholesale deliveries, cooking methods and suggestions
• Safety and hygiene - cleaning, sanitizing, keeping work areas clear
• Inventory management - product rotation, monitoring stock levels, backroom organization
