Job summary

WARRINGAH MALL MEATS PTY LTD in Brookvale, NSW is seeking a skilled butcher to join our team. You will cut, trim and shape standard meat cuts, process carcasses, and prepare products for display and sale.

You will operate mincers, grinders, mixers and saws, weigh and label stock, and perform value-added tasks such as marinating and crumb coating. A Certificate III or higher is required.

Qualifications

• Cut and trim standard cuts of meat to size.
• Process carcasses into primary and secondary cuts.
• Prepare marinated meats and ready-to-cook dishes.
• Weigh, label and pack products for display and distribution.
• Operate meat-processing equipment safely.

• Prepare marinated meats, value-added and ready-to-cook dishes
• Handling and operating knives and cutting tools safely and efficiently
• Conducting value-adding tasks (e.g. crumbing, marinating) when required
• Weighing, labelling, and preparing meat for packaging and distribution
