Job summary

Vito’s, a new 160-cover restaurant from Sunday Co., is seeking bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced service environment. You will run your own section, guiding guests through drinks and food and keeping your station clean even during peak hours.

This role values curiosity about cocktails, wine and food, as well as a strong sense of teamwork. The successful candidate will have 2+ years behind a busy bar, possess an NSW RSA, and bring attention to detail and urgency to the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years behind a busy bar.
• Curiosity about cocktails, wine and food.
• Attention to detail, a sense of urgency and a team-first attitude.
• Experience serving food at the bar is a plus.
• Current NSW RSA.

Responsibilities

• Run your own section and keep drinks moving quickly without dropping the standard.
• Be the host of your bar, guiding guests through our drinks and food.
• Keep your station clean and ready, however busy service gets.
