Job summary

Lorica Partners Pty is seeking a Business Systems & Change Analyst in Sydney CBD to drive improvements across systems, processes, reporting, automation and AI-enabled productivity. This newly created role focuses on implementing, testing, training, documenting and embedding changes to make the team more effective and scalable.

You will work with leadership, advisers, client service teams and technology partners to deliver impactful projects, improve adoption, and enhance operational visibility

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and business systems improvement.
• Strong documentation and training skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Delivery-focused mindset.
• Experience with Salesforce, AI tools or change management methodologies will be highly regarded.
