Mornington Peninsula Shire is seeking a meticulous Business Support Officer to join the Economic & Cultural Development unit. You will provide high‑quality administrative and operational support across the unit, including reporting, project assistance, financials and customer service.

About the Role
Reporting to the Manager, Economic & Cultural Development, you will provide high-quality administrative and operational support across the Economic & Cultural Development unit. You will work closely with the Manager, Team Leaders and teams, contributing to administration, reporting, project support, financials and customer service.
About You
You are a highly organised and proactive professional with strong administration and customer service experience. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can produce accurate reports, correspondence and presentations to a high standard.
You are confident managing competing priorities, maintaining attention to detail and building positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You enjoy solving problems, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
You will bring strong Microsoft Office skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Experience in local government will be highly regarded, as will an interest in improving community outcomes.
