Our Assets, Building & Property Unit at Mornington Peninsula Shire is looking for an energetic and motivated Business Support Officer. This permanent full‑time role offers the opportunity to provide high‑level administrative support to the Manager, assisting in achieving strategic and operational goals. You will manage correspondence, organise meetings, and support the smooth operation of the unit, which oversees significant maintenance contracts and asset management. The role requires strong administrative experience, proficiency in MS Office, and a proactive approach to handling confidential and sensitive tasks. With a focus on efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding services to the community.
