As a Facilities Coordinator at JLL, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the seamless operation of a diverse portfolio of owned and leased properties. This position sits at the intersection of administration, client service, and operational delivery, where you’ll help coordinate facilities management activities and ensure that day‑to‑day operations run smoothly with minimal disruption. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be essential as you support the delivery of FM‑specific tasks, manage property data within our Corrigo system, and help ensure that our assets and compliance documentation align with preventative maintenance and asset management plans. This is a role where your organisational skills and customer service focus will make a tangible difference every day, supporting both our clients and our internal teams in delivering superior service outcomes.
Coordinate facilities management activities delegated by the centralised team, ensuring that operational requirements are met and site difficulties are resolved promptly with minimal disruption to business‑as‑usual activities. You’ll play a key coordination role across a diverse portfolio of government properties – working closely with Facilities Teams, vendors, and government entity representatives to manage escalations regarding contractor performance and client complaints, ensuring works are completed in a timely manner. Monitor and manage the Corrigo system to understand service delivery, evaluate tasks, track invoicing, and ensure documentation submission while managing risk exposure related to delays from vendors or JLL staff. Provide administrative support to the broader Account Teams. Validate compliance tasks and collect compliance documentation in accordance with requirements aligned to “Required Documents” to support the principles of the Property Asset Management Plan. Ensure compliance with all WHS, Environment and Risk Management policies and procedures, following established escalation and incident reporting procedures to keep everyone safe.
