Job summary

CEA Technologies in Canberra is seeking a passionate Software Developer to join our Business Software Development Team. As the Business Software Developer - Level 2, you will build custom web-based applications for internal use, implement emerging requests, redevelop legacy features and triage software and data issues to keep critical business functions running.

Qualifications

• Proven .NET and ASP.NET MVC development skills.
• Proven database design and SQL skills; ORM experience is an advantage.
• Focused on quality and testing.
• Ability to understand users' needs and translate them into solutions.
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field; practical business programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Undertake in-house end-user applications development including database design and software support in accordance with management priorities and guidance.
• Undertake informal requirements analysis in support of applications development.
• Time management of prioritised tasking, with occasional guidance.
• Provide support, maintenance and training services to users of developed applications (via phone, direct, email).

The Position

We are looking for a passionate Software Developer to join our supportive Business Software Development Team.

As the Business Software Developer - Level 2, you will work with our experienced Business Software Development Team to develop custom web-based applications for internal company use. You will implement emerging requests, redevelop legacy features, triage software and data issues, and maintain critical business functionality.

Our Ideal Candidate
