You will manage workflows, review statements and provide tax planning and business advisory services, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to firm growth. A collaborative environment and clear career progression are offered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business services clients, overseeing workflow, deadlines and client deliverables.
• Review financial statements, tax returns and management reports.
• Provide tax planning, business advisory and commercial advice to clients.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact.
• Mentor and support junior accountants, providing guidance and technical development.
• Work closely with Partners on client strategy and business development opportunities.

About You

• CA or CPA qualified.
• Strong experience within a public practice accounting firm.
• Currently operating at Manager or experienced Supervisor level.
• Strong technical knowledge across business services and taxation.
• Confident managing client relationships and reviewing work.
• A commercial mindset with an interest in advisory and business growth.
• Enjoys mentoring others and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
