Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified with public practice experience.
• Experience at Manager or senior Supervisor level.
• Strong technical knowledge in business services and taxation.
• Skilled at managing client relationships and reviewing work.
• Commercial mindset with advisory/business growth interest.
• Mentoring junior accountants and contributing to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business services clients, overseeing workflow and deadlines.
• Review financial statements, tax returns and management reports.
• Provide tax planning, business advisory and commercial advice.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact.
• Mentor and support junior accountants.
• Collaborate with Partners on client strategy and business development.
