Job summary

Interflow in Sydney is seeking a Document Control and Systems Specialist to streamline document management, maintain our Integrated Management System, and ensure procedures and records are accurate and accessible across Operations and other teams.

You will bring an engineering degree and a strong background in procedure documentation, systems administration, and ISO 9001/14001/45001 compliance. Experience with Visio and document control tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field with focus on quality, safety or environment.
• Experience documenting procedures and administering systems in a heavy industry context.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 compliance and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Integrated Management System and document control processes.
• Ensure documents and procedures are current, accurate and accessible across Operations and other departments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows and improve compliance.
• Support data integrity and security of QM/QS data.

The Opportunity

Are you an organised and detail-focused professional with a passion for improving systems and processes? We are currently seeking a Document Control and Systems Specialist to help us streamline the way we work and maintain effective document control practices. You'll support the document management of key business processes, assist with maintaining our Integrated Management System, and work closely with teams across Operations and other departments to ensure documents, procedures and systems are current, accurate, and easy to access.

This role offers the chance to driving efficiency, supporting compliance, and enabling smarter, safer work across the business. You'll have the ability to shape systems and processes, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and help Interflow deliver on its strategic goals. You will bring:

• A degree in Engineering (Industrial, Systems, Mechanical, or Manufacturing), Safety, Health, Environment or Quality
• Previous experience in construction, civil engineering, or a related industry
• Strong background in procedure documentation, and systems administration
• Proficiency with document management systems, document control, electronic filing, and tools like Visio
• Solid understanding of Safety, Sustainability and Quality standards and compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
• Experience with Safety, Sustainability and Quality Management System data integrity and security
