Job summary

RSL LifeCare is seeking a Workforce Systems & Reporting Specialist to join the Centralised Rostering team in North Sydney. The role focuses on UKG Pro Workforce Management, data integrity, and reporting to improve workforce planning in Residential Care.

You will partner with Payroll, Finance and operations, develop dashboards, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive system enhancements. A strong Excel and data analysis background is essential, with healthcare workforce experience highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting workforce management systems, ideally UKG Pro WFM/Kronos.
• Strong workforce reporting and data analysis skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
• Experience developing and maintaining operational reports and dashboards.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist support and administration for UKG Pro Workforce Management.
• Develop, maintain and enhance workforce reports, dashboards and Data Views.
• Investigate and resolve complex system, reporting and data-related issues.
• Support workforce data integrity through validation, testing and quality assurance activities.
• Partner with Centralised Rostering, Payroll, Finance and operational leaders to deliver workforce reporting solutions.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements and testing activities.
• Maintain system documentation, procedures and user guidance materials.
• Deliver training and support to stakeholders on workforce management systems and reporting tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve workforce processes, reporting capability and operational efficiency.
