APM Group is seeking a Business Manager to lead and motivate a team of Youth Support Workers across multiple offices. You will drive outcomes within the Transition to Work program and travel regularly across the region.

You will empower your team with coaching, training and mentoring while championing continuous improvement and accountability to achieve excellent results for youth in our programs.

In this Business Manager role, you will be empowering and motivating a team of 11+ Youth Support Workers to drive the very best outcomes for youth within our Transition to Work program. Working across 5 offices and 13 outreach sites, your teams' success is what drives you, so regular training and mentoring will be important.

Location: You can be based at Burwood, Sutherland, Hurstville or Lakemba but regular travel throughout the region is required.

You'll be empowering and motivating the team of Youth Support Workers to drive the very best outcomes for youth within our Transition to Work program. You'll lead by example, engaging with empowering your team to achieve and truly make a difference in the lives of the youth that we support.
