• Empower and motivate a small team of Employment Consultants to achieve the best outcomes for job seekers with a disability.
• Provide regular training, mentoring and support to help the team hit their KPIs.
• Lead by example, engaging directly with job seekers to deliver tailored employment services.

Capabilities & Experience

• Experience in Employment Services or demonstrable transferable skills.

• Proven experience in a high‑performance driven environment.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Eligibility to meet legislative requirements for clearance to work in the Employment Services programs.
