Job summary

APM Employment Services is seeking a Youth Support Worker for the Transition to Work program in Caboolture, QLD. You’ll guide participants toward sustainable education and employment outcomes while working in a purpose-driven team.

Qualifications

Youth Support Worker – Transition to Work

APM continues its impactful work through the Transition to Work contract, and we’re now seeking passionate individuals to join our Caboolture, QLD team.

As a Youth Support Worker, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding participants toward sustainable education and employment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

To Be Considered, You’ll Need
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle is essential
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday (8:30am–5:00pm)
