Job summary

Advanced Personnel Management (APM) is seeking a Youth Support Worker to join the Transition to Work program in Sutherland, NSW. You will provide person-centred case management, support young people to overcome barriers to employment, and connect them with local employers.

The role focuses on achieving KPIs, building relationships with participants, employers and community stakeholders, and collaborating with a high-performing team.

Qualifications

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday (8:30am–5:00pm)
