Autosports Group is seeking a high-performing Business Manager for our Castle Hill Volkswagen & XPeng dealership. You will own finance volume, F&I income, and department profitability, delivering value in a high-volume, high-opportunity sales environment.

In this role you will support customer finance enquiries, submit applications, liaise with financiers, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving exceptional customer experiences and sustained sales opportunities.

Due to continued growth and expansion, Autosports Group is seeking a high-performing Business Manager to join our Volkswagen and XPENG Dealership in Castle Hill.

As a Business Manager, you’ll take ownership of delivering finance volume, F&I income, and departmental profitability in line with OEM and internal targets.

• Support customer finance and insurance enquiries - both by phone, email and walk-in
• Prepare and submit new finance and insurance applications

• Strictly comply with regulatory and business partners compliance requirements
• Computer literate, with experience on finance-based platforms
