Autosports Group in Castle Hill is seeking a high-performing Business Manager to drive finance volumes, F&I income and dealership profitability. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences and manage relationships with financiers to ensure up-to-date product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a Business Manager role, automotive finance preferred.
• Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; collaborative mindset.
• Results-driven with high personal accountability.
• Compliance with regulatory requirements and OEM standards.
• Proficient computer skills with finance-based platforms.

Responsabilités

• Support customer finance and insurance enquiries by phone, email and walk-in.
• Prepare and submit new finance and insurance applications.
• Work with financiers to ensure up-to-date product knowledge and accreditation.
• Assist with settlement of new car purchases.
• Maintain compliance with OEM Finance and all regulatory requirements.
• Adapt to changing market conditions and meet financial goals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.
• Maintain contact with prospective customers to build relationships.
