Job summary

McCarroll Automotive Group in Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a passionate Business Manager to join the team. The role emphasizes leadership in a family-owned, reputable automotive group with strong training and development support.

Ideal candidates will bring 1–3 years experience in banking, credit, accounting, or automotive sectors, with excellent communication and customer-service focus. Australian location and permanent residency are required. No agencies.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Be excellently presented
• 1-3 years’ experience in banking, credit, accounting, or the automotive industry would be highly regarded.
• Previous business manager experience is not essential, however automotive industry sales experience is advantageous
• Be an excellent communicator
• The successful applicant will be well presented with strong communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Applicants must be physically located in Australia and must be Australian or New Zealand citizens or hold a permanent residency visa.
