MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM) invites recent graduates to join the Business Management Graduate Program, a hands-on pathway into logistics, sales and customer service. You’ll rotate across different areas to see how a busy branch operates and build a broad skill set from day one.

Mentorship from industry leaders will guide you as you undertake real responsibilities, learn commercial decision-making, and develop leadership capabilities in a fast-paced, supportive culture.

Competenze

• Recent or soon-to-be university graduate with a bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver's licence (P-plates accepted if you can legally drive unaccompanied).
• Full Working Rights in Australia; sponsorship isn’t available for this role.
