MM Electrical Merchandising is launching the Business Management Graduate Program for recent graduates. You’ll rotate through customer service, sales, logistics and warehouse roles, gaining practical skills and broad exposure to how a busy branch operates.

You’ll work with mentors, build leadership potential, and develop strong communication and people skills in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This on-site program in Australia offers real responsibility from day one.

Qualifications

• Recent or soon-to-be university graduate with a bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver's licence (P-plates accepted if eligible to drive unaccompanied).
• Full Working Rights in Australia; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Experience: Rotate across different business areas from customer service to sales and warehouse management.
• Mentorship: Guidance from industry leaders throughout the program.
• 360° Business Exposure: Understand how a branch operates from warehouse to customer relations and decisions.
