Job summary

MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM) is seeking ambitious graduates to join its Sales & Leadership Graduate Program across Canberra. You’ll rotate through Operations, Internal Sales, Administration & Commercial, Projects & Purchasing, and External Sales, building broad business experience.

You’ll complete tailored courses in sales, leadership, negotiation and financial management, plus product training and graduate networking.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through several MMEM businesses in Canberra building experience across Operations, Internal Sales, Administration & Commercial, Projects & Purchasing, and External Sales
• Work with different managers, teams and customers to develop sales and leadership skills
• Complete tailored courses across sales, leadership, negotiation and financial management, plus product training, factory tours and graduate networking
