Maxlife Care, a doctor-led NDIS provider in NSW, seeks a Business Development Manager for a part-time role (three days per week). You will lead community engagement, build partnerships with NDIS clients, families, support coordinators, and health services, and report to the Head of Client Partnerships.
You will drive referral growth, represent the company at events, and ensure culturally responsive service delivery while managing CRM records and stakeholder momentum.
Maxlife Care -Who we are Maxlife Care is a leading doctor-led NDIS provider delivering clinically robust, person-centred care to clients with complex needs. With in-house clinical leadership at our core, we are scaling rapidly across NSW, and our reputation for handling high-acuity, complex disability and behavioural supports is opening new referral pathways every week.
As we grow, we are investing in the community engagement and referral partnerships that connect our services with the clients who need them most. This is a role for someone who understands that the difference between a great NDIS provider and a growing one is the quality of the relationships behind it.
The Business Development Manager delivers the community engagement, stakeholder relationship, and referral growth activity that lifts awareness of our services, strengthens community partnerships, and supports sustainable client growth. You will act as a key ambassador for Maxlife Care, building strong relationships with NDIS clients and families, Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators, healthcare professionals, community groups, and hospital and health service teams.
This is a part-time role. Priorities are agreed with the Head of Client Partnerships and reviewed regularly, so effort is concentrated on the referral relationships and growth activity with the greatest impact rather than spread thin across every opportunity. You will report to the Head of Client Partnerships.
You will join a doctor-led organisation where clinical excellence is genuinely lived, not just marketed. You will have the mandate, the leadership backing, and the cross-functional access to grow a referral engine that connects some of the most complex clients in the NDIS system with the care they deserve.
If you want business development work that is visible, purposeful, and has a direct line of sight to better outcomes for clients and families, this is the role.
