VetFamily Australia is seeking a hands-on Business Development & Relationship Manager to drive growth for independent veterinary clinics across Australia. You will report to the Country Manager and work with internal teams and supplier partners to deliver value and a superior member experience.

The role focuses on expanding the membership, launching services, managing relationships, and maintaining accurate CRM records while staying ahead of industry trends.

Business Development & Relationship Manager

The role reports directly to the Country Manager and is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys growing a business, building strong relationships and delivering increased value for members. You'll work closely with internal teams and Supplier Partners to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the existing membership base
• Implement a range of value-added services offerings to new & existing members
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Own a range of business development initiatives and identify new opportunities
• Prepare and deliver proposals, and supportive sales documentation
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage sales pipelines
• Provide sales administration, reporting, and follow-up support
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity

About you

• Proven Business Development experience in the Australian Veterinary Industry
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel
• Keen analytical ability
• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
