Regular travel to clinics
Enable the people who run our clinics, and build a stronger, more sustainable veterinary network together.
Apiam Animal Health is a leading Australian veterinary group, with clinics and businesses spanning companion animal, mixed, equine and production animal practice. Many have served their communities for decades, supported by shared clinical standards, in-house diagnostics and Australia-wide capability. We are also growing, with new clinics and greenfield sites joining the network. Our purpose is to enrich the lives of animals, people and communities.
Great clinics are built by great people, and this role exists to enable them. As National Business Manager, you'll guide, coach and back our clinic and veterinary leaders, giving them the clarity, confidence and support to make sound decisions and lead positive change in their own sites. You'll work in genuine partnership with skilled clinical professionals, protecting clinical quality and animal welfare while building clinics that are consistent, well run and financially sustainable.
You'll also be a strong, hands-on operator. You'll assess each location on its merits, make practical operational and commercial recommendations, and then lead, coach and monitor delivery alongside site leaders until the results are realised. Your remit includes our established clinics and, as we grow, the planning and establishment of new greenfield sites.
A national remit with genuine influence over network performance and growth. A values-led culture: we believe in each other, embrace opportunity and growth, celebrate our achievements and lead with integrity. Flexible work arrangements.
